Nice and easily accessible place not too far from d central train station. A quiet place to stay. Doing well in the midst of corona. Rooms are neat. Toilet and bath nice. TV in d rooms but as usual limited channel to watch. At least one or two international channels like BBC, SKY, ALJAZEERA, or CNN will be appreciated. No intercom in d rooms to at least connect to d reception for emergency or enquiry or request. Very warm front desk staff. All of whom speak good English Nightly rate is okay.

The receptionist was friendly and the check in process was fast. Located near to the train station and the city. The toilet smells of cigarette smoke. The room floor is soo dirty(important: bring your own sandals). The sink in my bathroom was leaking and there were stains in the wall, sink and closet.
Great hotel. Basic, but very good breakfast. If you book a familyroom you get the sheets from the hostel. If you book a single or double room you have to rent your sheets. So, bring your own sheets! We made a reservation for parking. This was fine. We didn't used the car. You can walk towards the city center. Perfect!
On arrival in hostel you have to pay extra 3.5euro for bedsheet. No locker system in room. Otherwise reception service is good, beds and bedrooms are clean.
I almost didn’t show up after reading so many terrible reviews. I stayed in a four bedroom dorm and it was great! It has its own bathroom. The room was clean. The whole place seemed as though renovations had occurred recently. The bed was very comfortable. Locker was adequate for a couple backpacks(30L). The breakfast buffet is only 7 and was pretty good. The guy running it from Pakistan showed a lot of interest in maintaining it. All of the workers here in general were pretty nice!
A hostel . Not a hotel U don't get anything great Only bed and basics . No air conditioning and u cannot open window as health and safety issues .

Great location and great service for a good price. We are so happy to spend our holidays in Düsseldorf and in a&o Hostel. Thank you guys, you are providing with a great service. Sincere recommendation.
