I can’t endorse them more positively - we got a mortgage that is perfect for us in the space of three weeks and even our estate agent commented on how smooth, efficient and good the whole process was. If I could leave a lower star rating, I would. Appalling company. Advised a mortage to my husband and took over 700 from us, only to be refused a mortgage (and after being assured that \ I cant see any reason why it would be declined\ terrible communication, I had to ring many times to get any answer out of anyone on the progress of everything (communication went very one sided once we had paid) emails were not responded to and generally do not deliver what they promise. stay away
Just completed on another mortgage with Dynamo! Great company to work with, helpful, communicative, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend!
A very poor service.
Don't pay these cowboys upfront because you will never get your money back even though they are inept they will never admit fault, even if you sign the contract based on a specific instrument they have the attitude of \Take me to court then\. In my case they offered me a mortgage that just would not lend for my criteria and then blamed me for \Aggressive tax strategies\according to the mortgage company which in principle had agreed a mortgage. No evidence of this what so ever of course, they offered me a mortgage for an extra 1500 which I had no contract for and declined..... They kept my money on the basis they had done work and due to my tax issue they were unable to complete the mortgage, I could however have the more expensive mortgage (No tax issues there then). on a serious note I have now to contact the ombudsman and go legal and I've been listening to these con artists since May so by the end I will have wasted a year. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE GO ELSEWHERE, you have been warned
