Over priced but it's a gym. Has (im no expert) up to date equipment and runs classes

Great gym, clean and well run.
This place may well have all the standard stuff but I think it's great. Being in a retail Park there's always plenty of space to park. Pre-lockdown there were lots of classes to book on and hopefully they'll gradually come back in as restrictions ease. That was written just before it got taken over by a Sports Direct company so let's see how this goes...
Great welcome, friendly staff, great value. Looking forward to the sauna reopening and usual opening times restored.
This was a change of scenery me and a training partner are used to but it was nice overall, staff where so friendly and helpful. The equipment was well looked after and the gym itself was clean as could be at peak time, also enjoyed using some equipment we weren't actually training part of that day. Legday was fun and we smashed it. Legpress can hold 550kg quite easy and it's comfortable to do so! Also the squats where great fun especially feeling so safe inside them managing. 200 kg squat for a few reps just to see how safe I felt and I will be coming back. Sorry for lack of pictures I was too busy training haha.
