Amazing service! Nothing was too much trouble. We turned up today after being let down by another restaurant. We had been to a funeral and we were upset at being let down elsewhere, we planned just to stop for a drink but ended up staying for food. We explained our situation to Chantelle and well she couldn't have been more helpful if she tried, she explained we could sit as two tables of 6 which we did and we decided to sit outside, we turned up before food service started and we explained to Chantelle that a few of our party members had to leave early and so she spoke to the chef about this and he agreed to prepare some of our meals early for those that had to leave and the rest of our meals were close after. Chantelle you are an absolute superstar. You made a very difficult day so much better for us, nothing was too much trouble for you and we cannot express how grateful we are. All the rest of the staff were also very polite and helpful and full of service with a smile. The food was beautiful and we will definitely be returning customers from now on. Thank you all so much for a wonderful meal and fantastic attitudes. Your all a real credit to the place but a very special thank you to Chantelle!

Had a fantastic meal. Food was beautiful, plentiful and well worth the money, would expect to pay more for what we ordered. Friendly staff with good customer service. Nice homely pub.

Good service and nice cool beer for an afternoon pint after golf. Very efficient and organised with the new Covid restrictions and rules so you should feel very safe attending here.
