After having a bad experience with a member of the team (which has been explained to me over the phone) I am changing my review to a positive one after the kindness of Jason. I have read the other reviews and realised that this was a one off issue which has been resolved. I will be using Dustcaps again and really do appreciate what they have done to resolve my problem. Thank and, once again I really do appreciate the aftercare.

After ordering the wrong tyre size on the website, this became apparent when the technician came out and explained. He was very patient and polite and came up with a resolution. The communication with the company was good and the service from the mobile technician was excellent. So cant ask for more than that so five stars.
Really excellent service. We had a blowout on the motorway, with young children in the car. The guy came out within the hour and we were back on the road very quickly and the chart was extremely reasonable . Thank you so much for helping us - Jalminder
I used Dustcap mobile tyres because of the reviews that I had read, and I was not disappointed in the service I received and the fitter was very polite and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to ask for their help again and would also recommend them to anyone that may have the need for a good tyre service.
