Professional and polite staff, shop, fast food and coffee shop available in main building. the toilet is clean too. So it ticks most of the boxes. Light shopping and coffee available in the petrol station and a very large car park available for motorist. A great place to stop over to topup petrol, for a drink, food or to use the toilet facilities

25 minutes i was stood there waiting for my order to be taken and was told when i asked if someone could take my order. Be 1 min the lady walked oast me on several occasions looked straight through me as tho i wasnt there. Absolutely disgusting customer service from north bound services

Visiting at night as a lorry driver. Most of shops are closed by then. HGVs spaces are hit and miss, often I see off spaces, tonight there was plenty of room and on occasions you couldn't squeeze a finger in. If it is only a short loo break, plenty to park by the pumps. Right behind there's additional parking for buses, personally I've not seen any yet at night. The only sight was of few lorry drivers parking for the night. What I did like a LOT, was the flowers in the female toilets. Brilliant idea, not sure what guys can say about theirs but the natural scent from the lilies just makes all the difference.
