Patient friendly practice, I have always been able to obtain an appointment within a couple of days, often the same day. The staff are courteous and friendly in the main. I have always received excellent treatment and advice. Given what we see on the news regarding waiting times for appointments (a friend of mine can wait 2 weeks for an appointment in Swindon). I feel that we in Cam are very lucky to have this practice at our disposal. Dennis

This practice is excellent in every way. Occasional long waiting times are to be expected if everyone is to be given plenty of individual attention, which we certainly are!

Not the best first impressions (first appt). I sat and waited for almost half an hour, 22 minutes past my appointment time to be precise. I could've managed the wait but not whilst grown ups don't know how to cover their mouths whilst they cough. As it was my first appointment with a duration of 20 minutes, I felt myself getting tired and grumpy. Upon leaving as I decided my need wasn't urgent, I advised reception and asked if their poor time keeping was usual. Reception excused the delay with variable needs from patients, then I rephrased the question and I was informed o\ it was not usual. Which was interesting as I overheard a conversation whilst I was waiting, \15 minutes late again\. Lastly and this is probably the most important factor of the visit, no recognition or apology offered.

Rude receptionist women with grey hair, thinks she’s above everyone, very unprofessional. Dr Alvis is a coward

There has been a few incidents arriving at the reception and the receptionist was very rude, obnoxious and didn’t care for the patients health or confidentiality at all. Not impressed
