I attended a workshop here which was excellent. The tutor was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, as was the owner of the shop. I was very pleased with the amount I learnt during the course. Free parking just outside the shop is an important bonus - especially when you need to bring a sewing machine to your workshop. There's a great range of fabrics, kits, patterns and \bits & bobs\ so I came home with several purchases too. I will definitely be back!

Quilting Course - I attending a 5 week quilting course in August/September being the first time I'd attempted quilting of any kind. Sharon was there to show us the way and her relaxed style of teaching was great. The shop - well - I couldn't stop buying I now have beautiful material for another quilt and have to stop myself going back for more
I’ve done several courses with Sharon since getting a sewing machine a couple of years ago. She is an excellent teacher who finds time to help every pupil. I have gained so much confidence since finding this little gem of a place. She even spent her own time working out some dimensions for a project I was working on at home. The shop also stocks a lovely range of fabric too.
Recently found thru a friend. Other classes on other days. Sharon is an excellent teacher helped by Julie who is equally friendly and patient. Loved it and have booked 2 more classes
