Very professional and welcoming flying school. I have just completed lesson number 9 today. Yes it is quite feasible to do it in the middle of winter! My excellent instructor John has just joined the team. He is hugely experienced as is Lawrence and made me feel completely safe in the aircraft. I would thoroughly recommend north east flying club however far you want to take it. They now have 2 CT aircraft which are top of the range microlights and a pleasure to fly. A big thank-you to “the dream team”!

Could not fault this experience. From me getting lost on the way to the flight and the person coming out to find mine in his own car, right through the flying the whole thing was amazing. I was previously scared of flying and hated the aeroplane on holiday. Not only am I no longer scared I am hoping to get back into the plane and fly again very very soon. Amazing experience

Excellent experience. Was able to fly over my house and got some great photos, then had a try at piloting the plane, all with really good, clear instruction. Even better, plenty of impartial advice if I decide to take it further and no hard selling!
