Decided to go Next to do some messages. Children’s clothes were needed and a return from before lockdown. Unfortunately their website is wrong and states the shop opens at 1030 for browsing on a Sunday. We arrived at 1055 hoping to walk straight in then pick up the children’s clothes. As I say the website is wrong and the store opened at 11, so I joined quite a long queue but got in eventually. In this larger size store the children’s clothes are at the back of the ground floor. Home is on both the ground and 1st floors and Costa (closed) is on the first. The server at the till was lovely and helped with my query as well as processing the refund.
