Ordered shed on the 26/6 and told 6-8 week lead time, but probably be 8 weeks. Rang again 27/8 for update and told that it was in workshop and would be finished the next day. However, because it was Bank holiday weekend, it would be delivered Tuesday, approx. 9.30. When it had not been delivered by 11.30, I rang to find out what was happening, only to be asked \who told you that\. When I told him the conversation I had with him on the previous Thursday he realised it was him!!! Told they would do their best to get it made but I decided to cancel the order and went to the office the next day to get my deposit back and was told that he had messed up. However, he made no real effort to keep my order going, which suggests that they had used the materials for someone else. BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEM.

rang about some wood, bloke was helpful and told me to ring back in a week, rang back, spoke to an old bloke, the rudest individual ive ever encountered, ended up hanging up, dont bother with these lot

I've been twice first time they were helpful and couldn't fault the place second time - different fella and a completely different experience. Unhelpful and rude. 5* for the first visit and 1* for second. Tried to support local traders but wont be going back!
