Brilliant service! Michael was very friendly and efficient. He installed the aerial to the loft very quickly. Then when the TV didn't synced all the channels, Michael fixed the issue straight away by replacing the wall socket. Very highly recommended!

I wanted my TV aerial extended into my bedrooms and my caravan. I was given a quote straight away on the phone and he came to my caravan the following day. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. The job wasn’t as easy as we thought but he solved the problem and got the job done. I would definitely recommend this company for any services needed. Very happy with his work.
Michael delivers a professional, friendly and efficient service. On arrival I only had 2 minutes to discuss the job, and Michael self-started without any delay (assessed the situation and structural obstacles, climbed the roof, replaced the old aerial, drilled the external wall, put a new aerial socket in the bedroom and connected the aerial cable), all while I was on a 30 minutes conference call!! Next, when asked for an additional service of checking a faulty connection at the existing TV in the living room, he didn't hesitate, investigated the fault and promptly fixed the issue, which involved: checking the way the old cables were connected, getting to the loft, auditing all the aerial cables in there and fixing the connection) and all of that done with a smile on his face. As his fist time customer my experience can be summarised as follows: Michael is not only an efficient problem solver but he also has an excellent customer service skills, friendly domineer and 'can do' attitude. Will DEFINITELY USE his service AGAIN ! Great job! Thanks Michael!
