What a great day out!!! Kids loved the digger rides and gained so much confidence operating all the different diggers themselves. The staff are so friendly and interact great with the kids. There's something for everyone. The Spindizzy is the best ride, according to my little man. No queuing due to a limited number of guest because of Covid. Much better experience with fewer people as we went a couple of years ago and waited in queues nearly all day for the different rides. Decent food and drink in the on-site cafe too.

Kids loved this place and many adults will too. Quite expensive but once in a while is worth a visit. Well laid out with plenty of availability to get on the machines and rides

Entry is expensive in comparison to how long you are waiting to go on separate equipment. This is not due to it being busy but just very understaffed (due to cleaning of equipment. The food areas and shop is pretty well priced which is usually not the case in family attractions such as this. I think the lads name was Gavin who was operating the spindizzy was spot on and also the lads operating the Groundshuttle,JCB and safari attractions were notably enthusiastic. Some of the height restrictions were very odd such as a child being able to operate a large excavator/drive a 4X4 on their own but was too small to operate a 36V crazy cart.

Visited diggerland for the first time in July 2020. A lady at the entrance took our temperature, crossed our names from her list and allowed us in. We arrived just after 10 in the morning and was pretty dead. Alcohol gel was at the entrance of the park before going to the rides. I don’t know why but I was expecting the park to be bigger. 3 rides require tokens that you get from their gift shop. My 2 and 5 year old loved the rides. Some rides have min height so my 2 couldn't do or had to be accompanied. All but one ride were disinfected between turns but it was not busy at all didn't cause any long waiting or queues. For some rides masks were mandatory too!! Kids loved the train ride around the cark, F1 cars and driving the diggers. There is an indoor seating area and a cafe that serves drinks and hot food. I felt safe and social distancing was obeyed but then again it was not busy at all. I was expecting more hand wash/alcohol stations around the rides, there was none but one at the entrance. We were lucky as we had our own antibacterial wet wipes. Overall a good family day out. 4 out of 5 stars.
