The worst customer service, no none would take responsibility for the faulty goods I bought , it was all down to me to sort out. After hours on the phone and visiting the store got to speak to the manager who was helpful but just gave me the company policy line and I felt fobbed off .My advice is to read the small print before you by anything from Curry’s and don’t expect them to take ownership for faulty goods.

Initially went in querying which coffee machine to get as a Christmas present. Staff member very unhelpful to me yet same person spent much time with the couple before me as they looked 'well off' . So I left the store. Went back in afterwards to a very helpful other staff member and counter staff hence the 4 stars.

Great service and the in-store attendants were very helpful. They explained all the deals to us and we were able to make a purchase of a product that we liked. I would visit this store again!!

5 star normally but the assistant wasn't very good. He stood on the other side of 2 yes 2 display units about 15 feet away and asked what I wanted. So I pointed at the micro wave on the middle shelf next to me and said I want one of them. He shrugged his shoulders and said he couldn't see what I was pointing at. It was at that point he said I'll come round. And then he said they no longer stock that item..... I said thanks and left

Came into curry's pc, to buy a watch, told you can have it, but not the extra item as it was out of stock. The staff were unhelpful and that's been kind. Why advertise when you can't deliver on it? Once again rubbish service from this company and unable to help!!!
