Many thanks for a swift and timely appointment. Dentist who saw me was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable - recommended by a colleague which can be tricky but my first encounter went very well. Staff were friendly and well-organised too. All good.

They don't get back to you when you enquiry about their services. I wouldn't waste your time.
I have been at this dentist 25 years but will now be leaving. One of my fillings fell out so it was very sensitive and needed fixing as it was difficult to eat and just ached a lot. I rang up and was asked am I in extreme pain or is it bleeding a lot, my answer no its very uncomfortable and aches.The reply oh well we wont see you because of the virus,I asked well when will you see me, the answer,well it depends how long the virus lasts, I said well that could be months and months, the reply yes well we wont see you just emergencies.I then rang another NHS dentist and they registered me straight away and I got an appointment for two weeks time. This dentist is shocking,they were happy to leave me with a hole in me tooth for months,surely this could lead to further problems with the tooth. This dentist has been going down hill for the past 10 years but now its time to leave it.I recommend you avoid them.
All the staff and dentists are always welcoming and friendly when I attend the practice - would definitely recommend this practice to friends and family!
