Peter came to quote to install several items at our house, a week later I followed up with them for a quote and I was told that because of Covid there was a delay, fair enough... A couple of weeks later I call again, Peter has gone on holiday, so Lance assures me that he will get Peter to call once he returns from holiday. Another week disappears so despite my better judgement I call again and speak to Peter to express my dissatisfaction, no apology, but assured me he will get back to me that day. Guess what...!! Time wasters that don’t deserve your business, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere!!

Well - we had the whole house done - 37 windows and 8 doors. The quality of the products and the exceptional quality of the installation was extraordinary. Amazing attention to detail and care taken by ALL the team and Durelife go the extra mile. (We have very rare irreplaceable wallpaper in two rooms - not a mark on them after taking the old windows out and installation of the new) They aren’t the cheapest but are definitely the best.

I’ve recently had windows fitted by Duralife and I have to say that from the first visit to their showroom - which has a great selection of windows to browse - to meeting with Lance who couldn’t have been more helpful, through to the fitting and installation I found Duralife to be exceptional. I would have no reservations in recommending them to anyone who’s looking at replacing their current windows and a visit to their showroom is a must! Thank you for all your help.
