After a very poor experience of NHS implants, I needed to find an competent alternative. I've now had two courses of implants from Dr Zahid Chowdhry whose professional and friendly manner together has been excellent. His assistants and the reception staff have also been very good. I paid less than I did for NHS implants and, despite a two hour return journey from Suffolk to Dunstable, would go back to them for any further treatment. They also use a 3D XRay scanner to plan the implant strategy, while my NHS dentist just pointed the drill and prayed. I've never heard of the Damien referred to in other reviews.

The manager damian was the most rude person I've ever spoken to. I had to cancel my appointment due to illness and he refused to give me a refund for my deposit whilst ridiculing me and telling me I was embarrassing, so I had to do a charge back with my bank to get the 250 deposit back.

Incredible service from then team. The receptionists are always so so polite. Dr Zahid Chowdhry and his assistance are an absolute credit to the company. Explained the whole process as it was going on, made me feel at ease with every appointment and went above and beyond when my actual dentist refused to extract my tooth. They took out the tooth FOC and ensured my implant was successful. I will forever be in their debt. Highly recommend

Very professional team. Looked after me step by step and when things were not right they didn’t rush and made sure everything was done properly. Not sure who Damien is who is mentioned on the poor reviews. All the staff I dealt with were fantastic

Shockingly rude and off-putting staff! Damien has a skill to manage to put off a patient who was ready to go ahead with thousands of pounds worth of treatment. I called the clinic to book an appointment for extractions after having a consultation last week. My dental case is not straight forward and I needed to get certain medical queries clarified before going ahead with this lengthy and expensive treatment. I was prepared to pay the deposit and needed my serious medical concern about a sinus lift resolved, or at least some effort to help me know where I stood medically in the first place. (A quick email or call could have been arranged with the treating specialist). Damien didn’t listen to me at all in the first place! All he was interested in was getting the 250 deposit. When I asked him few times to give me a chance to explain the situation and give him the bigger medical picture and my human concerns, he abruptly cut me off, sarcastically ranting and wouldn’t give me any chance to give any details about a sinus lift or any other medical questions I had. We got to the point that I couldn’t take his rudeness and shocking manners any longer, I was profoundly flabbergasted to experience so unprofessional attitude and detachment from helpful customer care. How can people of this nature end up working for a professional private health care establishment? All the efforts of his colleagues including the implantologist have come to nothing. I potentially needed at least 4 implants but I can’t trust the team, who put people on the front line of the company that are totally disconnected with the health care needs of the patients. His attitude was absolutely unacceptable in a health care environment.
