Great company, the review from \C\ has absoloutly no clarification or evidence to support what he's claiming. How are they deceitful? With my time using lets move I can garentee the whole office tries their hardest to let out the best quality properties they can. Highly recommend.

When the tenant moved out our flat was left in a filthy state with soft furnishings so bad they had to be dumped along with furniture left behind by the tenant. When I discussed this with Let’s Move, I was told “cleanliness and wear and tear are subjective” and was told I had picked up things they had not noted in their checkout procedure! They agreed the cost of cleaning the carpets would be covered by the deposit. I learnt from Safe Deposit Scotland 3 weeks later the deposit had been returned to the tenant, and 6 weeks after the tenant moved out despite numerous calls and emails to Let’s Move office and promises of the carpets being cleaned, nothing had happened. After advising them we would certainly not be using their letting services again, my husband called into the office to pick up the key. Information regarding issues with the flat were divulged to him and the key handed out without even asking who he was!
