We were initially with another estate agent, but then moved to be with Mike at Corrigall Black which was a totally different experience. We found Mike to be an absolute gentleman, kind, never pushy and always professional. Due to personal circumstances we had to take our house off the market for a while, during that time Mike continued to call us every month to see how we were. We took his advice on when to put the house back on the market and due to his marketing skills, an offer was on the house within eight days. We also used Corrigall Black for conveyancing, which was excellent value for money, everyone was kind, patient and we can only recommend all the services we were given.

I used this company for a property sale. The price was competitive, the service excellent. The sale was a slightly unconventional one, and there were potential difficulties caused by the COVID restrictions. I dealt with about six different staff in all. Everything went smoothly, all problems were ironed out without any drama. I would recommend Corrigall Black without hesitation.

What a superb estate agent. Mike was excellent. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Mum's house in kilmun sold in one week at closing date. This was during lockdown and only a couple of weeks before Christmas. Mike kept me informed every step of the way. I would certainly recommend this estate agent highly to anyone buying or selling in the Dunoon area.
