The Commons is a great place for any student to live! Not only are the apartments beautiful, but the location is perfect. It’s also extremely affordable. On top of all of that, Kate and Aubrey provide the best customer service! It is always clear how much they care about the property and their residents.

The Commons is a small business that truly cares about it's student-residents and the community. The property is always kept immaculately clean and they host lots of fun events so the students can truly become a family.

Some time ago I spoke with Aubrey at the Scranton complex, regarding apartment rentals for my daughter. I want to recognize her for the service she provided when we spoke on the phone. She was so helpful and patient with me. She took the time to thoroughly explain all the options available at both Scranton and Dallas. Not only did she describe the units, but she expressed what would likely be the best fit for my daughter, a non-traditional tenant. She demonstrated compassion and I felt that she truly cared about finding the best fit for my daughter. She spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, reaching out to others for answers, and she even helped again with several follow up calls. She is an asset to your organization- a role model for others to follow. She really went above and beyond and truly deserves this positive recognition!
I was very satisfied with the rooms. Kate Ruane is very nice and easy to work with. I would highly recommend renting these rooms.
