Ben at search in Edinburgh has been fantastic through the whole recruitment process. There was about a months waiting time for me starting my new role and be kept in contact the entire time, making sure i had all the info I needed and to ask if I had any questions. Trudie at search Dunfermline found me a temp 5 week job to keep me employed whilst waiting for my permanent role to be signed off. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

One of the worst agencies on the market, I do not usually write rewiews but just a warning about this agency. I was promised 4 days on and 4 days off at Robert burns, just wanted to give it a try, there is a transport manager called Derek who was looking for problems from the start then complains about \f*cking agency drivers.\ Agency tells you lies about 12h cancellation policy which does not exist. I've been waiting for work since registering with them on Tuesday, then been told the job will be on Friday night shift which was cancelled, instead a job was offered at tesco for lower money than tesco pays on Saturday and another one on Sunday where I got no choice, because I already cancelled two shifts on Friday. One day shift and then night shift as I was waiting for 4 on 4off. Same thing happened on Monday and Tuesday, no work turned down 4 another shifts, no cancellation paid whatsoever for the shifts, got a shift on Wed morning where I could have already worked another 3 days, I lost about 500 waiting for this agency, never working with them again very disappointed and do not recommend at all. P.S. I've worked for over 10 agencies and there was no problems.

I was delighted with the service at Search Dunfermline. Nikki McCarron went above and beyond for me and really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for; also Trudie Reid was very friendly and helpful too.
