Our house was marketed and sold with Maloco in a matter of a week. Superb service from the valuer Kieran, who knew the market inside out and made an amazing presentation of what Maloco could offer. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was slick, professional and delivered as promised. Nice touch with the personal contact from Michael Maloco and Caitlin handles our sale superbly. Fantastic service from the get go, Caitlin helped me find my first family home. She was very friendly, helpful and nothing was to much to ask of her. They kept in contact very well from the first viewing to picking up the keys. They even suggested a lawyers for us since we had never bought a house before. Everything was concluded very quickly and even when we moved it, they were very happy to help with removing the sign and the slight problem we had with the property when we moved it. I couldn't fault the service I received at all, thank you everyone and especially Caitlin.
Poor customer service. Dunfermline Bonnar street won’t recommend to anyone my friend bought property last year. I thought the staff is professional but big no. Unprofessional customer services full of lies only they were following the seller so maloco can get good amount of money that’s it.
Took advantage of the free will offer for NHS staff and could not be happier with the service provided. Jim was very friendly and was happy to go through things with me. Would not hesitate to use again. Thanks again.
We had really bad experience with them, there was a leak in our property as they from buyer side and maloco was only after money not the responsibilities first we had been given one key for the property and when we asked them then given second key and then we told our solicitor then again one key been given. Is this a jock? And also major issues there was a leak in that property seller and maloco hidden all this from the reports and also something fishy done from there survey reports. So anything can be done as both parties lied to the buyer ? I won’t recommend maloco to anyone for future reference. Most of the jocker staff in Dunfermline high street.
