Was in today and was getting some fish the guy Nathan was very helpful and took time to speak with us what a difference having such a nice person dealing with us will definitely be back and if you should do employee of the month and I think Nathan should definitely get it x

Very helpful and friendly staff helped with my issues with my tank will keep on using
Attitude off staff was bad,don't ask u if u need help or anything, have to wait for ages on them or follow them about the shop to get served.Once u do like Friday past there they get u one of the things u had asked for knowing well u wanted other stuff but decide to disappear again and forget all about u.Also there is never enough staff working in that area..Very disappointing considering Dobbie's as a whole is a great shop and the rest of the staff can't help enough
Excellent members of staff that really know their stuff give excellent advice on pet care and recommended products.
They have a great selection of fish. The staff have a wealth of knowledge and for the most part the experience is effortless. (Depending who's on shift).
