Jeff and David are a pleasure to do business with. They deliver a fantastic level of customer service and nothing is too much hassle. No pushy sales techniques, very competitive pricing and a great range of stock make Carnegie an excellent alternative to the faceless big name franchises. They were excellent! They answered all of our very basic questions without making us feel silly for asking. They gave us helpful information without being at all pushy or forceful. It really felt like we could take our time and make an informed decision, but equally they were there if we needed help or advice. If you're looking for a genuine and reliable used car dealership I would highly recommend Carnegie. They were friendly and made buying a new (used) car feel easy. Also, I think we got a great deal!
