Had a problem selling my house due to the loft hatch being enlarged a few years ago without a building warrant. However this company did all the plans structural reports etc and got me the required completion certificate very quickly all at a much cheaper price than \the big boys!\ Can't thank Darren and his team enough and highly recommend them.
