I used click & collect today, I found a couple of the staff impatient & disinterested. Better customer service training wouldn’t go amiss Only one member of staff stood out I believe her name was Lorraine, very polite & patient. Maybe Dunhelm management can get her to train the other staff

Wife claimed she needed a new electric blanket. Cheapest place in Plymouth. Staff at store were so so helpful, a real credit to Dunelm. Click and collect was awesome :-)
Really like this place. Products I like, prices are reasonable and although the team are generally young.... Well done guys you do your best to help and are consistently nice
The wife and I love shopping here, excellent choice of soft furnishings, sells lots of stuff for all rooms of the house. Staff are friendly and helpful, Disabled friendly. Toilets and coffee shop also.
