Had more than one poor customer service experience at this store. I thought talking politely to the customers was top of most retailers list but it seems not with Dunelm. Other than than that they tend to have the odd thing I need. Would rather go to a local independent retailer.

Easy to park. Tidy store coffee shop is great.
Competent website. Easy to access. Hopefully good and careful delivery. Lots of communication and updates. I think all deliveries should be free- mine is as over a certain amount but in these difficult times shops need to be competitive
Lovely houseware items. Reasonable prices and a good variety of products. Especially like their rugs and curtain selection
