Second time at store. Click and collect service was superb. Informed by text and email every step.
Popped into the Hemel branch today to purchase new Christmas tableware & decorations. I couldn't find what I wanted so i asked who i believe was the manager for help, he showed me where the item should be but sadly there was none left, I asked if there could more anywhere else in the store to which he replied no. I then carried on shopping in the store & asked another member of staff for help. I would like to say a massive thank you to Lisa who went out of her way to help me, she was very polite & helpful & went to the stock room to get me the item which the manager said they didn't have. By the time I got to the checkout Lisa was on the till, again she was very polite, chatty & friendly. Dunelm you need more staff like Lisa!
Really helpful staff, who took time to help me think of ways to make padded bed headboard and did not rush me. Brilliant staff around fabrics. Lots of interesting items in store
Good selection of homewares, plenty of parking. On the pricey side but I generally find the quality is very good and worth the higher price.
