Just wanted to drop a shout out to the team at Coventry Dunelm for their fantastic customer service. Turned up with a return and was sorted and back on my way in a matter of minutes. Fast, efficient and already had two emails confirming both the return and the fact my refund was being processed. Good work.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and there was a member of staff greeting at the entrance with hand sanitizer for us. The whole store was well stocked with plenty of things to choose from and yes it's early October and the Christmas stuff is out. The staff were helpful and polite there were a lot of people shopping and the que at the tills was long but moving swiftly so a good experience from start to finish.
