In the highly vulnerable group, so Christmas shopping is difficult this year. I thought that gift vouchers for someone who has just moved house wold be a simple solution, but Dunelm don't sell gift vouchers on line!! Tried to ring the store countless times and just get a recorded message saying that ''due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to take your call. Please call back at another time'' Tmes are difficult for everyone at the moment - so why make life harder than it needs to be??
Used the store for a click and collect during lockdown. Setup is reasonable with two stations in the store doors, although it could be tricky to stay dry in bad weather. Items were found quickly, although as the system only used one person a bigger order or larger item might have posed more problems.
Plentiful free parking
Click and collect was well set up, Covid aware and safe as possible. Efficient and waited around 2 minutes for my order. Thank you..
