Click and collect service was great and swift. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They replaced a broken bulb with no bother at all. Was really good to be able to call the actual store too, other shops you tend to have to ring a call centre. Always enjoy shopping here!!

Another successful visit to a Dunelm, this time in Nottingham. Found everything we were looking for, really nice staff, and we had a fab lunch up stairs in their cafe. Food there is nice and reasonably priced, and I noticed they had a good 'kids eat free' offer
Used Click and Collect service as shop is closed due to Covid-19, well organised and safe.
One star for Dunelm, I'm afraid. The star is for the click and collect staff at Riverside shop, who were very helpful and pleasant. However, Dunelm, who I love, need to look into their delivery methods. I ordered three items from them, online, and they were all delivered damaged. The courier did not care. I was very disappointed. I then had the trouble of returning them.
Such a lovely shop to be in. Only been there once, I was extremely fascinated with their decors and the elegant products they sell. It makes me feel I want to own everything there lol! Will definitely visit again!
