Absolutely by far the worst place I have ever used Terrible customer service, delivered wrong items, the driver even signed for the delivery 3 hours before I received it saying it had been delivered. This will absolutely be the last time that I ever use Wickes in Dundee When I called to say you’ve given me the wrong stuff all they could say was well you can come and collect it not Once did I even get an apology.

Arrived at the perfect time today and was straight in and out whilst picking up my click and collect order. Two very pleasant and smiling girls at the checkout area who were most helpful with an enquiry I had regarding another product. The only suggestion I could possibly make for Wickes is to possibly remain open until 8pm, as I would have gone in after work last night to collect my order rather than rising earlier to get it before work this morning.

Click and collect. Advised not to travel till text received. They had no phone number send a text to! Went to pick up and despite being on my own and the item being heavy no help was offered

Never again. Absolute shocking customer service. Well past a year since I bought patio doors. Bits missing. Warranty means Absolutely nothing. Please avoid at all cost.
