I would love to be able to write a review detailing the excellence of Star Clean, service but unfortunately I cannot. I have rang their numbers and left several messages over a period of two weeks, including my phone numbers and email address, as yet despite all my calls, nothing. So I have decided to stop calling them and find someone who actually is interested in new clients. Also if you are going to use and absorb the cost of an answering service to make your company look bigger and more impressive than it actually is, Its actually better for your image to answer the calls they pass on. Re- reply from Cheryl. Thanks for the reply, just for your information I have personally spoken to your answering service three times in the past week with the assurance someone would get back to me. As for you phoning me, may I suggest leaving a message on my answering machine to avoid any further confusion. I note that the only time I have had any kind of reply, was within an hour or so of posting this review.

Having just had a deep clean of my property completed this week, I can't rate this company highly enough. I found the office staff to be prompt and helpful with my enquiry. The cleaners who attended were also professional and courteous. I will be recommending you to family and friends! Thanks again.
We had a regular fortnightly clean. The cleaners came when they said the would and did a basic clean of hoovering and dusting. We felt that the cleaning wasn't that great quality as they left dirt underneath the kitchen table regularly and never moved furniture. We were only in once when the 2 cleaners were here and in fairness they were both really nice. However they were in for just under an hour which equated to about 20 per hour for the time the two cleaners were in. This just seemed too steep so we stopped the clean to look elsewhere as you can get cleaning for about 10 an hour. We always had reasonable dealings with the company however the quality vs cost aspect is the reason for 2 stars.
Having used Star Clean for our home as well as our business for some years now we would happily recommend the services Cheryle and her team can offer. Friendly and personal service from the team and the office. Spotless!! Can't wait for the New Year clean :)
I got in touch with Star Clean to help with the weekly clean. The staff at Star Clean are professional and accommodating. Always a pleasure to deal with and made the cleaning of a large family house easy to manage and keep on top of.
