Always clean and tidy. There can usually be a wait at the queues. Offer a breastfeeding room with a rocking chair and proper changing table which is a really nice touch and makes it a good place to calm a baby in private! Great selection of both male, female and kids clothing plus toys and home too.

Should be a separate queue for Click and Collect. Shouldn’t have to wait just to pick up an order you’ve already paid for.

This store has a good layout of items and has recently moved their tills to the back of the store. The clothes they stock are reasonably priced. I usually pick up my kids clothes from here as it is good quality and not too expensive. Today they had their Christmas lines out and I noticed they had a selection of Christmas toys.

It's been years since I was last in Matalan, until today. Brilliant! Great choice of clothing and fashion, but really disappointed with women's jeans (not just Matalan, but other shops too). Manufacturers insist on adding stretch/ elastine to women's jeans which I despise. I don't want clingy, thin, cheap feeling, skinny jeans! Fed up, went to the men's department and bought some proper 100% cotton, thick, heavy fabric jeans at a great price. I'll be back for more. Super.
