My husband and I started getting our milk delivered by Kerr’s in glass bottles about 18 months ago. We initially wanted to try and cut down our plastic usage but now we would never go back to buying milk in the shops again. The incredibly high level of professionalism and customer service that we have experienced from Kerr’s is second to none. We have never been left without our delivery even in the height of lockdown or in this recent cold weather - the team have been absolutely fantastic! Leaving for work at seven in the morning there are always fresh footprints in the snow and four pints of milk on the front step! Thank you so much for all your hard work Kerr’s! You make going greener easy and more importantly you make supporting local a pleasure! The milk tastes great too :)

I’d like to say a huge thank you to Kerr’s for their continued hard work. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve loved the service and products but I’d like to extend a special thanks to them during this extraordinary time. I’ve recommended them to my parents, my in laws, my friends and colleagues and I’m sure they’ll be as delighted as I am to have essential supplies left on their doorsteps every week. Milk, eggs and yogurt have been left at my front door consistently over the years, even in horrendous conditions, including the recent beast from the East part 2. I've been using Kerr's dairy delivery service for the past few months. I changed to them at first because they use glass bottles rather than plastic. I have found them completely reliable, I like the variety of items they offer and the ease of using the website if you need to vary your order. They are also very helpful if contacted by phone.
We have been using Kerr's milk delivery for over a year now, when we decided we wanted to reduce the use of plastic in our household and switched to glass bottles and we have always had spot on service. Our son wakes up through the night and we hear the milk man sometimes around 4am, which shows how early they start delivering. The ordering service is very easy to use and you can change your items as you please before each delivery. Also continuing to deliver throughout the snowy weather we had, our street was not very accessible, so I'm not sure how we still got our orders, therefore well done team. We love our milk and our son absolutely loves to \put the milk inside the house\ on delivery days. Thank you for your hard work
