Lawson came to perform the first annual maintenance on our new heat pump and furnace, which he installed last year. He is very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made sure that we are comfortable with the operations of our new system.
Jasper (?) was very knowledgeable, professional and VERY thorough. Our elderly electric furnace hadn't been used in about 5 years and he cleaned and checked that all the bits and pieces were functioning normally. He also took time to explain what all he was doing. Much appreciated!
