I went to this store to get a new phone. The lady refused to help me because my name listed on the account which is under MY business, didn’t list my last name just first. Despite having bought phones here for the last 10 years and showing them my ID. Then I get telus on the phone and have them add my last name to the account under the list of people with signing authority. Then this gets cleared up, just to be told at the end they don’t have any phones in stock anyways. I told the lady and picked the phone out I wanted before she even looked at my account. Why wait to the end of all this to tell me I can’t get it anyways? Horrible service and frustrating doesn’t even begin to describe my experience.

I received superlative assistance from Emily at this Telus Store in Duncan. She took the time to explain in great detail the various phones/devices and service plans etc. to help me think through what's best for my needs. It's rare to find such quality and courtesy. Very impressive - and much appreciated!

I must say that I was extremely impressed by the professional service and smiles that my wife and I received when we visited the TELUS Store at the Cowichan Commons. Jeremy and his female co-worker were really pleasant and I would encourage anyone needing cellular service to give them a visit. And as for any negative reviews, Yes, it does take time to set up cellular service, it's not like it's going to Tim Hortons drive-through. This location is far worth the wait. Have a nice day !
