Consistent and maintains the standards that you would expect from the Starbucks chain. I stop at this location often as it is conveniently located near the main roads through Duncan. It has good outdoor seating and ample indoor seating. I like the big wood table for larger groups. (As long as one person isn’t taking up too much space) Parking lot can be busy at times to get in and out of but has no bearing on the location and their quality and recommendation.
Spent likely 2000 here over 2019. Spent under 100 in 2020. Why? They changed the hours so I could no longer order anything before work. I work at 6am/6pm. The app consistently had issues with the store so I couldn't order and then pick up. The store had renovated which made it harder to collect anything ordered via the app. I used to be able to go via the side door and immediately grab my order and leave again. Now I have to go through the main, walk past everything to the other side of the store, ask for my products when somebody is paying attention and available because they are now behind a partition. I can understand that this is due to the pandemic procedures but it is still a hastle and forces me to interact and go by more people in the store. The main thing is the hours and inability to order in advance when I had wanted to. I have had stars expire because I had used my app so little now. I was trying to go to alternative stores before work but they are inconsistent and unreliable for hours of operation and quality so I must brew at home from now on. At least I'm saving some money, so thanks for that.
I come here a lot with my partner. We spend quite a bit here and expect the high standards the staff expects. 4 days in a row my partners drink wasn't made properly. He is allergic to milk and yet they still made his drink with milk. We use to trust the staff at this location now we do not, that was one of the reasons why we never needed to check that our drink was made properly. Also as a manager you apologize and re make the drinks with out arguments. The MOD was taking this personal and arguing with my partner on the phone. She also blamed her staff for the mistake which I thought was weird. I have worked in the food industry lots and as a manager. Never have I seen someone that was so argumentative. When he went in she did the same thing. We will no longer go to this location. It sucks because we liked it there. But because of attitude and rudeness it wont be going to this location anymore. I recommend the one on trunk rd the staff never argues with you or is rude.

As this is the only drive through in the area, the line up is always insane. Best to order online and pick up yourself.
Best staff!! Always lovely and excellent barista's. My favorite Starbucks.
