Handy to us being next door. Great food and service as usual! Great Vancouver Island eatery!
My teen nephew and his girlfriend made a reservation for 8pm. When they arrived they were rushed “the kitchen closes at 8”. They wanted dessert but nope “the kitchen is closed”. My sister called to speak to the manager and was told “we don’t take reservations after 730”. Well, someone did-then they treated my nephew and his friend very poorly. That’s a lot of money for a teen to spend and have such a lousy experience. You didn’t even try to make it “right” by offering another dining experience “on the house”. I get that mistakes happen. But you have an opportunity to fix this and you don’t even care. Due to that, you have lost at least four families business. These teens have decades of restauranting ahead of them. But not at Romeo’s.
Great pizza!! Really enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant. Also had takeout once and was just as good.
Very nice place & service, although a \special\ kind of pizza, which i suppose is common within Canada and USA. :-))
