We are very pleased with the wonderful flood remediation work done by the Duncan office Pro Pacific DKI at our cabin. They did a marvellous job with the cleanup and cleaning, and then painting the floors afterwards. The staff were responsive, pleasant and professional- a real pleasure to deal with. When in December 2018, the worst windstorm to hit the west coast in 50 years uprooted our massive pine tree, it devastated the garden and went through the roof and walls of our home. One phone call produced a speedy response from the Cowichan office of ProPacific DKI who arrived in the deluge to cover the damage with tarpaulins. From the first planning meeting with ProPacific's project manager, we realized we were dealing with very competent people. As their various teams appeared on site, we were impressed with the calibre of the people who carried out their specialized tasks. They were prompt, cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Eventually, all that we had been promised was delivered within the agreed time frame. So, what seemed initially like a horror story, had a happy ending for us. The men and women on the ProPacific team did a fine job and won our applause. That's why it's our pleasure to award their company five stars out of five for their excellent performance.
