signed the contract in July 2017 did not submit permits in a timely manner until approx 5 months after we gave over 49,000 deposit, did not get the house to lock up even after a year of the signed contract, with there plan with an added unfinished basement, put a very inflated lien on our house even know we had paid all valid invoices on time once received, for the little work they did they did not build as per plan or contract he would not sit down and discuss they walked out twice, almost 4 years later we are still awaiting our trial, they ruined our life. and our future. 4 years later and still awaiting an end to this.
