Every single time I drive by at night the place is lit up, has 24hr signs brightly lit and you go to the drive thru and they're closed...quit advertising for a service you will never provide. Anytime after midnight don't even bother with this place. Even if you do manage to get food they will make you wait for 15 minutes for fresh food and when you finally start eating you realize only 7 out of the 10 nuggets you bought are fresh the other 3 are hours old.
Second time in two months got my order wrong first time floor manager argued with me about my order and said I got the food with no doubt that I was lying no apology when they figured out their mistake and gave me my food in a half and was put out making me feel bad for what they did second time a month later once again getting my order wrong and without a word walking away in a huff grabbing my food they really should be apologetic personable especially when it's their mistakes and not trying to make the customer feel bad for saying something and when you grab food back off the customer you should be washing your hands before you touch other food during covid-19. My Burgers look like they were stepped on my son's chocolate milk have been dropped or crushed and leaked all over my car.
This location has an odd drive-through system. If you order simply a large fries and small drink, they ask you to pull up to the waiting area, then proceed to serve the 100 cars behind you their friesdrinkswhatever. Then.... like sand through an hour glass... they eventually bring you your order... Feel free to enjoy it in front of several homeless junkies that live in the parking lot.
Got two cheeseburgers and it didn't have mustard onions and only 1 pickle. It was basically just meat bun cheese and ketchup
