Sensational service. Fantastic staff. I couldn't have had more caring, friendly and helpful attention and suggestions. From a wide selection, I found carpeting that not only is just what I'd wanted but also came at an affordable price. This place deserves six stars. Nowhere else comes close to the service at MasterCraft.

We took home some flooring samples to check them out in our space and we ended up ordering one. Once it arrived via our contractors we saw that it was nothing like the sample. Darker in colour and VERY thin which would not work in our space. We were disappointed and contacted them to do an exchange or return. We were met with hostility and rude costumer service. In the end they charged us a restocking fee (which was over 1k!) to return the unused flooring. We had this flooring less than a week and would have returned it the same day if the staff didn’t drag their feet or argue with us. If they weren’t ignoring us they were belittling us. This “policy” was not on the receipt. The purchase was made over the phone by our contractors and they were not informed of this either. We will never purchase from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Visited the store for a quote. Salesman said he would come out the following week with samples....never showed ! Phoned, said the owner would be out in two days. Owner showed up, with absolutely no samples. Dug through his car, pulled out a \ dark\ brown scrap piece of rug....said everybody is going with this ! Very disappointing....obviously went with another company.
My husband and I are building a home in Duncan and been working with Mastercraft on the flooring. I truly cannot say enough good things about David, Niki-Lou, and the staff at Mastercraft. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and beyond patient (I can be picky and indecisive). They treat you like a person, not just a customer. Great products, too. So glad our builder suggested them - I can't imagine working with anyone else on this part of our project.
I had some plumbing issues in the bathroom of my nearly century old home. I needed to redo the tile when the plumbing was done. I called Mastercraft Flooring, spoke with Dave. Dave was incredibly professional. There were some potential issues tiling the tub/shower enclosure. Dave discussed clearly what my options were and came up with great, creative solutions on the spot. He really knows what he's doing. The carpenter, John came out first and prepped and took care of some problem areas. Then Matt and Ben did the tile work. They were all really easy to work with and did an amazing job. I also noticed that everyone seemed to be on the same page with what needed to be done- I run into that very rarely. My situation was time sensitive and stressful, but they fulfilled every expectation- and beyond. I have a few other tile and flooring jobs that I will definitely use Mastercraft for. They were just such a pleasure to work with and the pricing was very reasonable. I really am truly grateful to have found them.
