Was having difficulties dealing with main office in N. Vancouver over the phone. Staff at this location were very helpful and calming.
Was involved in a hit and run. The other driver smashed my car and took off. CLAIMS COULD NOT FIND A VEHICLE ON THE ISLAND TO DECIDE ON A PAYOUT SO DECIDED TO BASE THE VALUE ON A VEHICLE IN SASKATOON SASKATCHEWAN.! What's with that! I found 2 exactly the same as mine with similar mileage but they were almost 1000.00 more than the one in Saskatchewan. Unbelievable
