My landlord contacted them to cut back some hedges and trees. They came out and I walked the property with them explaining exactly what we wanted done (previously discussed with the landlord). They wrote it all down and was very friendly. They arrived at about noon, and started cutting back the branches. They told me they would have to come back to finish the work, I told them it’s not a problem. They didn’t come back and are now telling us that the job is done. They didn’t even touch one of the hedges, and didn’t finish cutting back one of the trees. They are now saying we need to book a new appointment to have the work done.

Great job. I had a giant maple growing into the side of my house. Now it is cut and I dont have to worry about damage to my house any more. Plus my kitchen windows are so much brighter! Everything was cleaned up and taken away. Very pleased.
I have had the pleasure of using these people twice in the past year. During last years wind storm we had four large fir trees come down in our back yard. The access was limited and they had to remove everything by hand and small skid steer. This year I had them back to lower and trim a very large hedge surrounding the property. Once again they removed a huge amount of material. They are a very hard working and congenial crew. Their pricing is very fair and they are very easy to deal with. They come in quickly and do an impeccable job, leaving the property cleaner than when they started. I can't recommend anyone higher than Sjako and his amazing crew!
Having built a very large family log home in Terrace BC myself from our acerage and working in the woods industry for 30 yrs. I'm well aquainted with the skills required for falling, climbing,pruning etc. I was not disappointed in the skills I saw and the friendly demeanor which was Shown.Two thumbs up to Flying Dutchman Tree Services.
We have used Flying Dutchmen twice for tree clearing and limbing. Sjako and his crew have been great. Good communications from start to finish. A hard working and professional group. We recommend them highly to anyone we know who needs tree service.
