The sales rep by the name of Shy helped us. There was a big problem with the Fido phone deposit. Apparently when we signed up online for the phone the offer was a 450 phone deposit. The phone took months to arrive and the offer expired and the deposit went up to 650 and Fido would not honour the on line sign up deal. Shy came to the rescue and offered us other ways of saving the money. She was extremely professional and kept her cool even when my wife and I were annoyed at the deposit let down. All went well and we are pretty happy with the service.

I ran to my local Fido store (Skynet) with a dying phone and Shylee Agnew gave me amazing service. She is courteous, professional, super helpful, friendly and knows her stuff. My grandson and I walked out of there with new phones and a good 'bang for our buck'!! I would highly recommend this location!

Tried to go in today. All I got from the worker was a glance and hold on a minute hand signal, there was one person in the store. Left after 25 minutes then left and went to Best Buy where I was helped immediately and not left outside.
