Having a difficult problem with a well drilled by a competitor, I contacted Drillwell on the recommendation of my son-in-law who, has used Drillwell and spoke highly of the company and Colin. Colin was interested in the well problems I was having and offered to review the well log, water samples, engineers' comments and background issues. Colin analyzed the problem and was able to offer a solution and although he had spent considerable time on it, he refused to charge a fee. So not only does my son-in-law recommend Drillwell, I also highly recommend Drillwell. If you are wanting a well to be drilled by a company that can provide expert advice, and assistance should a problem ever arise, it's reassuring to know you're dealing with a company that has the skill to fix it. Next time I require a well, I will call Colin at Drillwell.

Drillwell is a family run company that is organized, efficient, and there is no surprises with them as they keep you informed along the way. We found out that our well wasn't producing enough water to maintain our household so we needed to call in the experts. I've know some of the Slades most of my life and when I meet extended parts of the family they are all the same kind, caring and honest people. They provided us with all of the options and which ones they felt would be the best outcome and were absolutely correct with the outcome. Previous to drilling our well deeper we didn't have enough water and now we have way more than our family will need. But it gives us piece of mind that it was done properly without us having to worry for hopefully decades. Thank you all very much!
The Drillwell team were highly professional and found water where previously another company had failed. They succeeded because they were knowledgeable and careful and stopped drilling when they hit a promising band of substrate, and waited to see if it would produce water, which it did! I highly recommend this company.
Shawn Slade is the real deal. Easily, his recommendations and directions saved us 10's of thousands of dollars- this is an expensive endeavor, and here is a generational company that does it right by keeping my needs first, not the size of their invoice. Furthermore, Shawn helped direct our team in the correct direction in regards to where to drill, but also, ensuring we are on top of our water licensing. They don't do this work, but he bent over backwards to ensure I understood how important it was. I'm a super satisfied customer, and I'll be back time and again. Did I mention their staff are amazing also? I've had 3 different crew configurations on my site, and all 3 were professional, safe, knowledgeable and courteous. Incredible.
I was told our well had dried up when we requested a company to install a new well pump. Although experienced in fault finding, I am not a well expert and had to rely on the Subject Matter expert's opinion. They told me to contact Drill Well to have new well dug. Once I contacted Drill Well and explained the situation, they began asking questions as the findings from the previous technician did not seem to correlate to a dry well. I requested further investigation from Drill Well and they immediately dispatched a technician. I had requested additional services, but they recommended against it at the time as there would have been limited value. Upon further investigation by Drill Well, it was noted the well had sufficient water production and level and we confirmed the pump had failed. I appreciated their dedication and professionalism responding to this urgent matter and found the experience less stressful once Drill Well conducted their investigation and recommendations.
