Poor service 9th Jan 2021. One person, attending a customer. We looked at paint swatches then turned towards her. She took some swatches from right beside us and gave them to this customer. Never acknowledged our presence or said \I'll be with you in a moment\ and then started serving the woman who came into the store well after us. We left. Won't be back.

I have been to this store a couple of times during the process of renovating our basement suite and had such positive experiences both times. The staff, especially Katie, were super knowledgeable and answered my 1 million questions - while managing to keep no one waiting long. I highly recommend this place!
