I was very excited to try Boston Pizza. However, I feel very let down by them. I placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant there was only one group eating at the tables. I was not acknowledged by the staff for a good 10 min. Once I paid for the order I was given someone else's receipt but paid for my order I think? When I got home I realized they had forgotten a pizza and wings. Very disappointing experience, where the service, food and the overall experience was sub-par at best.

Foods great as always (Chicken club sandwich)
We went to BP last night and had an excellent supper. We ordered a pizza, a beef dip, wings and a chicken ceasar salad. With the exception of the chicken in the salad, which was a little dry, everything was cooked perfectly. The best part of the evening though was a very attentive and friendly waiter. He's been our server on previous visits and always displays the same exemplary professionalism.
From all the staff at Nissan of Duncan... We appreciate the amazing customer service and the food always hits the spot!!! We are enjoying it so much we are on the phone ordering another pizza! Thanks again to all of you at Duncan BP!!!
Great food awesome atmosphere with good prices. Staff is always wonderful. My Kingz enjoy it there everytime we go..
