We ordered oil a decent while ago and must say they are quick but obviously their accounting department needs some work, I worked in accounting and never would have never treated anyone the way they did today ! To start off we gave them our debit card information to take the money out like every other oil company. Well we get a call all most a year later telling us they never took the money out. We had to wait for my husband to get paid to pay them but that was not good enough for them even though the mistake was their fault. Then today we get another phone call with threats like we will just take the money out of your account or I will go to the magistrate. I guess they don't know this is illegal to do but I will be paying off my bill and taking my business else where. This could have all been done if your employee did their job correctly the first time.

Where do I start.. never had to use oil heat, leased a building, was told it was full,, it was not,, no heat.was calling about pricing, 1st place alphabetically.. explained my situation, they made me feel pressured into ordering so I did, not a very big order.. was told delivery at 9am the next day and to be there. I got there just before 9, waiting in my pickup to stay warm in 3 inches of snow, finally at 11:30 I called to see what was going on and they told me it wouldn't be there until tomorrow, no call to say there where issues, nothing.. then they got rude and hung up after telling me I could come get a refund... these people are terrible! I rearrange my whole day to meet them and they don't even bother to call and say there not coming

I ran completely out of oil and called Action. To my surprise, I was able to get a delivery the same day. I would definitely recommend this company!
We called on a Wednesday and were told it would take them a week. A week later they claimed they were at our house and tried calling but couldn’t get a hold of us. There was no tracks in the snow and no missed calls on our phones, so that wasn’t true at all. We then were promised oil Friday and they just didn’t show up. WE had to call THEM every time there was a delay. We kept telling them we had two small children and totally out of oil in freezing temperatures. My husband had to call and and get nasty with them to deliver it on Saturday. It took 10 days all and all and 4 calls until we finally received our already payed for oil. We will never use them again. They never seemed like they even cared and got nasty a few times on the phone as well. Stay away.
